The ISO 42001 AI Management Systems — Lead Implementer Certification Course is an intensive 4-day training program and the option after that of taking the exam to get certified as ISO 42001 Lead Implementer. The program is designed for professionals responsible for establishing, managing, and improving AI Management Systems (AIMS) in line with the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standard.
The course provides participants with implementation methodologies, project management strategies, and practical exercises to lead full-scale AIMS implementations, from policy development to operational controls and certification readiness. Training includes case studies, implementation workshops, and peer discussions, culminating in an accredited certification exam conducted by PECB.
